I have a long-awaited bisque firing going right now. Some stuff around the house got in the way of pottery this past month- cleaning and staining the deck, getting reading for a bathroom remodel, and painting the bath when the main work was done. And, even though I had the kiln loaded last week it was just too hot to consider firing.
Most of this firing is of pots promised to customers at Marietta's farmer's market. http://www.rivercityfarmersmarket.org/events.htm I'll be glazing the next week or so, soon as the kiln cools, that is.
