I always have a difficult time reorienting myself pottery-wise when I've been away from it a week or so. Where was I and what direction was I moving towards? Also, I would like to get my etsy shop populated. I still have it on vacation. All that photography, descriptions, and figuring out shipping costs, etc. takes a lot of time, though.
But for now, here's a few pictures from vacation. Except for the graffiti, these are all from trails in the Hocking Hills area.
Glenlaurel at Hocking Hills. We stayed here one night at a croft (small cottage). Nice trails on the grounds and wonderful food.
In Rock House Cave. I tried to get a shot of the pigeon when it was drinking out of this square pool but I was too slow. Maybe this is one of the troughs carved out by Native Americans this link talks about: http://www.hockinghills.com/rock_house.html
Some scenery on the Rock House cave trail. It may not be the Grand Canyon, but these cliffs were too high for me to get in one shot.
Conkle's Hollow. http://www.conkleshollow.com/ That's me surrounded by huge rocks. Normally there would be waterfalls back there, but it has been very dry lately so it's more like a dribble.
On one side on the rim around Conkle's Hollow looking at the other side. A little scarey looking over the edges.
Weird, but kind of neat. Some of the graffiti on overpass support going over the bike path and railroad tracks at Athens.

Love the pics!!!!!
