Rare sight- the Ohio River nearly frozen over. This is looking over from the Marietta side to the Williamstown, WV side.
The seagulls seem happy to be out on the ice, though the ducks are not so sure it's a good idea.

Studio Tour
Check out the Artist Studio Tour this coming Sunday, the 22nd. Tickets in advance can be purchased at Riverside Artists Gallery at 219 Second St. in Marietta, and Parkersburg Art Center at 725 Market Street Parkersburg.
Advance tickets are $8.00 and day of tour tickets can be purchased at any studio location for $10.00.
